Pay: $24/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

This position is ONSITE in Timmonsville, SC must be able to commute to Timmonsville, SC.

What's a typical day as Customer Service Administrator II? You'll be:

Reviewing, researching, assessing, and managing product-related cases in a timely and efficient manner.

Effectively communicating with customers, dealerships, field personnel, and management to resolve issues.

Successfully resolving product-related issues, making decisions about warranty and goodwill support.

Supporting your supervisor by assisting with various tasks and ensuring the completion of special projects.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the power equipment industry.

Possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, along with attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Have excellent communication skills and technical aptitude, with knowledge of dealer sales and service operations being a plus.
