Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Exeter, New Hampshire. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks while providing excellent support to the office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain organized records.

Provide general office support, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Assist with managing calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders when necessary.

Support various administrative projects and tasks to meet organizational needs.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and protocols while handling sensitive information.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls effectively.

Familiarity with office practices and administrative procedures.

Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
