The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management within a fast-paced R&D or manufacturing environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in driving project timelines, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple product development and engineering programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, coordinating efforts across R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and other functions.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload balancing to meet project demands.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Support the onboarding and development of project team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Track project performance metrics, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout project execution.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the program management team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
Experience:
2+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within medical devices, biotechnology, or related industries.
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to commercialization.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing project managers or team members.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Preferred:
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, IEC) related to medical device development is a plus.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $117,000.00 to $201,250.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year.
