Market Coordinator - Mount Vernon Farmers Market

7am to 1pm Shifts

Monday, Friday, Saturday Work Days

Job Description:

The Mount Vernon Farmers Market is looking for a part-time, seasonal Farmers Market Coordinator mid-March through December.

Duties:

Support vendors, greet and welcome customers, coordinate events and entertainment.

Maintain incentive data.

Attend trainings and monthly Zoom meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

Strong communication and computer skills required (Excel, Word, Zoom, group emails).

Background in marketing, agriculture and/or marketing preferred.

Customer service oriented and ability to remain professional in stressful situations is essential.

Ability to carry equipment to and from the market including tent, table, signs, supplies.
