This is an onsite position working Thursday - Sunday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40.
JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Repair Coordinator plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for processing orders, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. As the key point of contact for customers navigating repair processes, you'll help maintain strong relationships by providing timely solutions and personalized support.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Repair Coordinator, you will:
Process sales orders for repairs of customer owned property.
Follow order from receipt to shipment.
Verify orders for accuracy - billing/shipping information, payment terms, price, ship methods, etc.
Maintain sales order retention files per accepted practice.
Work with other departments to resolve semi-routine customer order problems.
Request updated information from customers.
Provide quotes to the customer.
Provide customer routine status updates including repair status, ship date, and AWB/Tracking number.
Assist in training of less experienced employees.
Per the Code of Federal Regulations (48 CFR § 252.223-7004 - Drug-free work force), this is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug tests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrates competency (typically 2-4 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
As a US Department of Defense Contractor, Astronics is bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment background screen and drug test which includes screening for the use of cannabis.
Salary is $21.93 - $29.67 per hour dependent on experience.
