In operations and solutions at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services to optimise overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyse operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Health Services team you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Platform Leader, acting as a key point of contact for practice management matters. As a Director, you will drive business growth and mentor the next generation of leaders while securing alignment with One Firm priorities and overall platform strategy. This position allows for significant influence in shaping strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across various sectors.

Responsibilities

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
