Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality production and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to standards.

Operate and support various production equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring tools.

Maintain safety standards and adhere to all safety policies during production activities.

Pack finished parts into containers as specified, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.
