Job Description

The Project Administrator/Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the Streetlight and Traffic Signal maintenance department with workflow management and field contact. The Project Administrator would be reporting to the Streetlight & Traffic Signal Maintenance supervisor. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of accuracy and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for updating work order coding and entering field comments

Assist in managing work order flow/scheduling for all maintenance contracts

Work directly with the call centers, customers, and citizens for light out calls

Create work orders

Communicate with field personnel regarding repairs

Ensure the dispatch performance criteria of the contracts are met

High customer service level required

Security camera review

Fill in on occasion to cover holidays/vacations/sick days for other team members

Other duties as required

Highschool Diploma

Excel, Word, Outlook

Previous administrative or office assistant experience

Strong communication verbal and written communication

Willing to cover shifts occasionally on weekends and holidays/vacations/call outs Previous dispatching experience

Knowledge of Certified Payroll

Invoicing experience
