Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Pay: $42-$65/hour (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Schedule: 3x12s | Fixed Shifts | No Rotation

This Behavioral Health RN opportunity offers true work-life balance through non-rotating, fixed day or night shifts in a mission-driven clinical setting. There are no rotating schedules or last-minute changes-just structure, stability, and a supportive care environment.

Schedule Options

Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, trauma-informed nursing care across behavioral health and detox units

Conduct assessments and support crisis stabilization

Collaborate with providers, therapists, and peer support teams

Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

Educate patients and connect them with recovery and community resources

Qualifications

Active Arizona RN license or Compact eligibility

Ability to commit to a fixed day or night schedule

Interest or experience in behavioral health, crisis care, or detox

Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates

Compensation and Differentials

Base Pay: $42-$52/hour (DOE)

Weeknight differential: +10%

Weekend day differential: +15%

Weekend night differential: +30%
