Food & Beverage Operations Manager

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager , you will have end-to-end responsibility for the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets and kitchens. You will lead both Back of House and Front of House teams to deliver consistent food quality, service excellence, and guest experiences aligned with IHG brand standards.

This is a highly operational, hands-on role requiring strong visibility across kitchens and outlets, particularly during peak periods and major events. You will work closely with Hotel Leadership, Finance, Sales, and operational departments to support commercial performance and hotel-wide objectives while providing strong leadership to culinary and service teams.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals

Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them

Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue

Multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention facilities - as well as a number of managers and supervisors

What We need from you:

Demonstrated hands-on culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment

Proven leadership of Back of House operations , including food preparation, menu execution, food safety, hygiene compliance, food costing, stock control, and kitchen workflow

Minimum two (2) years' experience in a Food & Beverage management or senior supervisory role within a hotel, resort, or multi-outlet operation

Pacific Island, remote location, or resort experience is essential , with understanding of local supply chains, workforce dynamics, and cultural @context

Formal training in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or Hospitality

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts , or related discipline preferred

Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and responsible alcohol service

Local language proficiency required; additional languages an advantage

Valid alcohol awareness and food handler certification, as required by local law
