Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker in York County. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and learn the entire manufacturing process of consumer goods. You will be cross-trained across multiple departments, following specific recipes and instructions.

Responsibilities

Participate in training and learn the entire manufacturing process.

Be cross-trained in multiple departments.

Follow specific recipes and instructions.

Handle frequent lifting tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in general labor and production work.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Strong attendance record.

Attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a hot and messy environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous industrial job experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a hot, humid, and industrial kitchen environment, handling spices and food ingredients alongside approximately 80 other production workers. This is a 2nd shift position from Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.55 - $22.55/hr.
