As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and permissions of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Assist with enforcing site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by addressing inquiries and guiding them as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.

Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

Support emergency response activities according to site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
