Warehouse Technician
In Blue Anchor, New Jersey we are looking for high-energy, motivated, and innovative individuals to help to join our bakery as a Warehouse Technician. In this role, you'll be a key part of our operations team, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards. You'll work closely with logistics, production, and purchasing to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently and compliantly throughout the plant. This is a day shift position, Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. This is an hourly position and the starting wage is $28.50.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Keeping Operations Running Smoothly- Manage inventory, warehouse activities, and shipping/receiving tasks to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from dock to storage.
Ensuring Quality, Safety & Compliance - Protect food quality by following safety rules, labeling requirements, and documentation standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Staying Organized & Improving How We Work - Maintain accurate records, support process improvements and training, and use systems and tools to keep operations efficient.
Connecting with Colleagues - Work closely with teammates, drivers, and vendors, using clear communication, flexibility, and teamwork to achieve shared goals.
We're Looking for Someone With
3-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
Works safely around equipment like forklifts, trailers and trucks.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in warehouse and office areas.
Able to use basic computer tools like SAP and Microsoft Office.
Willing to work flexible hours, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and consistently follow company policies with dependable attendance.
