Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical panels and circuit boards. This includes tasks such as soldering and packaging finished products. Success in this role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and basic computer skills. Additionally, this role involves occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble, test, and inspect electrical panels and circuit boards.

Perform soldering tasks and package finished products.

Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards through thorough inspection.

Follow detailed instructions and schematics accurately.

Utilize basic computer skills for tracking and reporting.

Perform occasional lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.

Essential Skills

1 year of assembly and/or soldering experience.

Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Proficiency in soldering, assembly, and electronic assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic computer skills.

Experience with production, packaging, and inspection processes.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break - $17/hr. The role is set in a manufacturing environment where safety and precision are top priorities.

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Creek, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
