Job Title: Civil Engineer - Lead Service Line Replacement

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated civil engineer to oversee the replacement of lead service lines with copper ones. This role involves direct interaction with homeowners and requires strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Replace lead service lines with copper alternatives.

Communicate effectively with homeowners while on their property.

Conduct plumbing inspections outside homes.

Utilize a mobile app on a tablet to guide interactions and inspections.

Survey and canvass designated areas for service line inspections.

Essential Skills

OSHA 10 certification.

Strong communication skills.

Experience or interest in construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in environmental engineering.

Knowledge of excavation and site development.

Surveying skills.

Work Environment

The role requires door-to-door canvassing and surveying. Inspectors will use a tablet with a mobile app to guide their interactions and inspections. The company offers an employee discount program, 401k, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
