As a Security Officer - Front Desk in Moline, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a prominent manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage access control, and communicate clearly with all guests. Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a courteous and professional first point of contact.

Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate visitor logs in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, management, and Allied Universal representatives regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.

Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities within the location.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter disruptive behavior and/or unauthorized entry.

Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with evacuation procedures when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
