As a Security Officer - Healthcare Manufacturing Facility Patrol in Allentown, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, assisting visitors and staff, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.

Complete reports and documentation related to security-related incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.

Remain alert to surroundings and changing conditions within the healthcare environment, adapting response as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
