As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Apex, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. By remaining visible and conducting routine patrols, you will contribute to a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity during patrols and report observations according to site protocols.

Support access control procedures by observing entrances and exits during patrols and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with security-related incident documentation and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or client contacts as required.

Remain alert to potential hazards in the environment and take appropriate action as outlined in site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
