As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and communication skills will contribute to a secure environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the opportunity to make a difference while working with a company that values teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and property.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identifying potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious behaviors, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movements as required by site procedures.

Support emergency preparedness by participating in drills and responding to alarms or emergencies as directed by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
