Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

The Opportunity
As part of the Deals team you will lead end-to-end working capital value creation engagements, optimizing clients' liquidity and operational performance. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams, cultivating meaningful client relationships and driving strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance client success.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management
At least 5 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational finance roles
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
Certification(s) preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Lean/Six Sigma
Leading complex engagements across the deal lifecycle
Guiding teams through analysis and strategic recommendations
Managing client relationships and tracking progress
Designing actionable improvement strategies for clients

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
