What will you do?

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional events.

Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.

Create, curate, and communicate engaging content across social media, email, websites, and promotional channels.

Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, giveaways, and related event activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, materials, and insights needed for marketing and promotional initiatives.

Manage scheduling and coordination of marketing activities.

Provide administrative support, including data entry, maintaining marketing and customer databases, and updating customer account information (excluding rating changes).

Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor, track, and analyze marketing initiative performance and promotional activity results.

Maintain daily procedures for Lucky North Rewards members, including ID verification, application processing, record keeping, and accurate computer coding.

Communicate promotional and rewards program information to patrons and team members and answer related questions.

Recruit new club members and support overall customer engagement efforts.

Maintain confidentiality in all customer interactions, records, and program activities.

Assist with customer complaint resolution using active listening and de-escalation skills.

Maintain inventory of retail items and department supplies.

Provide oversight and guidance to Players Club Attendants.

Assist in the hiring process and respond to team member questions regarding policies and procedures.

More about you

Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

Supervisory experience.

Excellent guest service skills.

Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferred.

Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Physical requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Frequent standing the entire length of shift.

Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times.

Keyboarding 25% - includes the use of handheld devices while on the casino floor.
