REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 03/22/2026-12/11/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8.5 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops/Commodities: nursery stock - ornamental shrubs, plants and trees. Primary duties (performed the majority of workdays): Plants, cultivates and maintains in condition for shipping and resale to customers ornamental shrubs, flowers and trees. Pots seedlings, prunes, transplants, spaces, irrigates and culls plants to ensure availability of marketable products. Packs, labels, pulls and stores plants according to variety. May uncover and/or recover winter storage houses. Weeds, mows, loads/unloads truck and wagons. May operate tractors and other mechanical equipment under supervision. Performs any other duties involved in the maintenance of plant materials and nursery stock and maintenance of holding yards and shipping areas. Take inventory and grade plants, prepare trees and shrubs for digging by tying or wrapping as necessary; dig and wrap burlap or other covering around root balls of 2 to 3 inch diameter trees and secure with twine and/or staples; graft small trees; must have knowledge of all local plant material; crimp wire baskets; lift, carry and load nursery stock; and unload, move or load supplies, including wire baskets.
