Treasury Management Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Northwestern Bank, a locally owned community bank and proud member of the greater Chippewa Valley community since 1904 is currently seeking a full-time Treasury Management Officer. This position will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and prospective corporate clients. They will work closely with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and ensure the needs of our customers are met in a timely manner. Job responsibilities include visiting and building relationships with customers and prospective customers, providing superior customer service when assisting customers in their day-to-day banking needs, researching, implementing, educating and training applicable personnel on new products and services, overseeing and managing department staff members including conducting performance appraisals, interviewing, hiring, etc., actively serving on organization and community boards, committees, and participating in other volunteer opportunities.
