Job Title: Administrator (Sales and Customer Service) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 17.00 per hour Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service / Customer Experience:

This position requires answering customer calls and accurately inputting information into an intake form to create grooming appointments. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Gather client feedback to improve services and offers. This role is responsible for resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner and reporting any unresolved issues to team leaders.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that all feedback is recorded and reported accurately for use in performance reviews and operational improvements.

Sales Operations and Sales Administration:

Drive Outbound calls for both existing and proposed customers. Take inbound sales calls from would be customers. Collect customer data and add to our systems for future scheduling and contact. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Manage the sales pipeline and track leads. Collaborate with other departments, such as grooming and customer service, to ensure smooth operations. Regular quality checks will be performed to ensure consistency in messaging and that sales conversations comply with Kontotas standards .

Scheduling Collaboration:

Schedule Groomers for all applicable appointments. Regularly communicate scheduling and/ or routing changes with the groomers directly. Collaborate directly with the administrative team members to ensure optimal routing of grooming services across all operational regions.

Employee Help Line:

This administrative role manages the employee helpline, documenting scheduling issues like absences and tardiness in a shared workbook for management.

Position Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of successful sales required. A minimum of 2+ years of customer service required. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized, especially when managing a team. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop sales strategies. This can involve using CRM software and other analytical tools. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues and challenges. Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized, especially when managing a team.

Education Requirements:

HS Diploma Required College Degree in Business Administration or related field highly desirable

Additional Requirements: A passion and love for animals. A strong work ethic and patient attitude.

Smart phones are required. Language Requirements: English Language Fluency Required. Ability to read, understand, and apply technical procedures, safety rules, and compliance regulations. Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions from clients and co-workers. Work Environment: The work environment is independent, fast paced and has a moderate to loud noise level. Most of the workday is spent in the companys shared work-space designated for the administrative team.
