Restaurant Assistant Managers play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. You will assist in leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures. Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results. Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities. Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition. Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays. ~1+ years restaurant management experience. ~1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+million. ~1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees. ~ Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
