This position is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned tractor-trailer equipment. Work closely with your road construction crew to ensure timely delivery of product from a mobile asphalt plant. This is a seasonal position that generally requires travel through Northern Minnesota and North Dakota with other work locations as assigned. Lodging assistance (generally in the form of a Per Diem) is provided. Minimum Qualifications: A successful Commercial Driver for Knife River Materials will have: A valid Commercial Driver's License Class A with acceptable driving record A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills Ability to pass and maintain a Department of Transportation physical Ability to pass a Department of Transportation drug/alcohol screen and remain substance free Compensation Estimated Wage: $28.95 to $35.18 Per Hour-depending on work location and @type of truck operated Benefits Benefits are through the Teamsters Local 346 Union How to Apply: If unable to apply online, mail completed application to: ATTN HR PO Box 40 Bemidji, MN 56619 Knife River is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
