Job Description:

Field Technician II

HOW A FIELD TECHNICIAN II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

? Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

? Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions

? Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites

? Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

? Modifies, moves, and installs new equipment

? Performs technical tasks and provides site support.

? Performs integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems

? Will interface with our Tier 2 technical support team and our Availability Management team to escalate any issues that require additional assistance to resolve

? Will preform Data Transfer Agent requests to transfer files between networks.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

? Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science

? Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience

? Required Technical Skills: Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software both in person and using remote access tools

? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

? Required Skills and Abilities: Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

? Location: Client Site

? US Citizenship Required

? DoD 8570 IAT Level II certified - Required

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
