** Customer Service Call Center Representative

Job Summary:**

Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Rate: $20/Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Document each customer interaction accurately in company systems

Provide information about products, services, or policies

Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor

Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
