As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Desk in Burbank, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible to support a secure environment, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting employees and visitors with security-related inquiries and site-specific procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities according to site-specific policies.

Support emergency response activities as needed, working with on-site personnel and Allied Universal management.

Follow all site-specific policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
