As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to customer service will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or address potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of surroundings and promptly report any security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to support a welcoming and secure atmosphere at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
