Entry Level Loan Officer Job Information:

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date: January 5th, 2026

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Duration: Permanent

PAY: 30.5K Base Salary PLUS UNLIMITED commission. Average Loan Officer makes between $85,000 - $125,000 in first year!!

Entry Level Loan Officer Key Responsibilities

Train under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership

Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching and CRM tools

Deliver exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources

Entry Level Loan Officer Qualifications

Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles

Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)

Outgoing, competitive, and driven by performance and growth
