As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driving Role in Lathrop, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access. Working environments and conditions may vary based on the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
