Job Summary and Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will provides executive level administrative assistance to support hospital operations. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

What you will do in this role:

You will useindependent discretion in resolving issues and handling confidential information.

You will plan and manage executive level calendars.

You will coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.

You will prepare correspondence and reports.

You will handle customer relations issues.

What Qualifications you will need:

Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.

Executive Assistant and project management experience preferred.

Customer service friendly - as the first impression of our administrative suite upon entrance

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Ability to handle multiple patient/family concerns and others who come into the office.

High degree of flexibility is required.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.

Detail oriented.

Ability to effectively communicate.

Tasks initiative.

Critical thinking skills and ability to think outside of the box.

Ability to work and participate in a team environment within and across departments.

Willing to assist with other duties as assigned.

Professional/Polished demeanor

Critical thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work with all levels of management, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.; keyboard skills of 60 wpm.
