Description:

Join our dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab team as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to department staff and leadership.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related logistics.

Maintain budget records and process expense reports.

Collect, analyze, and summarize data for reports and presentations.

Perform routine clerical tasks including filing, copying, and document management.

Manage office supplies and ensure equipment is maintained.

Handle incoming calls and messages; respond to routine inquiries.

Greet and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.

Maintain supervisor's calendar and assist with meeting coordination.

Draft and edit correspondence and presentation materials on behalf of the department

Schedule: This position will work Monday-Friday, either 5:30am - 4pm or 6a-4:30pm. May be pulled to other shifts/days based on hospital needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Three years experience in an administrative support role

Ability to perform advanced functions in word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation and database software

Ability to use applicable MS Suite products

Working knowledge of business processes and procedures

Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and functions

Ability to analyze data and use basic reasoning skills
