Job TitleDepartment Lead

Job OverviewThe Department Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Department Operations including allocation of tasks. Other responsibilities will include:

Recording and reporting of inbound/outbound deliveries.

Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Provides administrative support for the Department Managers.

Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.

Support Picking, Loading and other operations as needed.

Under direct supervision of the DC Department Managers. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for unreviewed decision-making.

All other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Starting hourly pay at $20.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.

Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.

Detail oriented and accurate.

Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.

Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.

Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's

Physical Demands

Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.

Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations

Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.

Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90%

Sitting: 5%

Desk or phone work: 5%

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$20.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on experience)
