Shift: Varied

Hours: Typically, 8-hour shift. Weekday availability, some shifts until 7:00p. 2 weekend shifts per month.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Renders Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment procedures and techniques appropriate to the needs of individual patient. Assesses, treats, and cares for patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.

Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Physical Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three (3) months of employment.

AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion
