Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse Associate Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, working Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility depending on the delivery schedule. Responsibilities

Pick and prepare orders based on pick sheets and order lifts.

Manage and pack rolls of insulation for shipping, ensuring accurate quantities.

Perform simple math calculations to determine the number of rolls needed for specific order weights.

Utilize tools such as calculators or phones for mathematical operations.

Handle material with care, ensuring the safety and quality of products.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in basic addition and subtraction.

Experience in warehouse operations, including picking and packing.

Comfort with material handling and lifting up to 45 lbs.

Familiarity with RF scanners and pick sheets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Potential to take on team lead responsibilities.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse environment that is warmer during summer and cooler in winter. Though there is no air conditioning, heaters are available for colder months. The quiet, well-ventilated space features loading docks that provide fresh air during winter. Join a small, friendly team in a supportive setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
