Job Description

This role leads the coordination and execution of sponsorship and operations, along with financial tracking across multiple workstreams. The position supports budgeting, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with regional sports managers, procurement, and finance teams. The role also includes oversight of key sponsorship processes and tools, with future involvement in AI implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage sponsorship and media purchase order setup and invoice acceptance.

Support sponsorship operations including media commitments, activation scorecards, and ticket management planning.

Track and monitor activation funds to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Support CP&L and Watchtower reporting.

Analyze asset mix across IP, activation, hospitality, media, and other categories.

Track ROI and integrate insights into renewal planning.

Maintain and update 3-Year Plan, Latest Estimate, and regional financial files.

Track funding splits and provide budget support across sponsorship and media initiatives.

Partner with regional sports managers on brand allocations and exclusivity agreements.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Marketing

Experience in operations, finance, media, or marketing.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups.

Experience working within databases and extracting reports.

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Interest in sports is highly preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
