Description We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in managing civil litigation cases, ensuring the smooth execution of discovery processes, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the e-filing of legal documents, including motions and discovery materials.

Organize case pleadings and maintain accurate and up-to-date file systems.

Schedule depositions and other key case-related events while managing attorney calendars effectively.

Provide comprehensive support in trial preparation, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.

Draft and review discovery requests, responses, and legal pleadings.

Communicate professionally with clients to address concerns and provide updates on case progress.

Utilize case management software to track deadlines, progress, and case details.

Assist attorneys with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and tracking critical dates.

Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and efficient handling of litigation matters.

If familiar with Needles or Neos software, apply this expertise to streamline case management processes. Requirements - 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in civil litigation.

Proficiency in drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.

Expertise in e-filing procedures and managing legal documents.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining detailed case files and schedules.

Ability to schedule depositions and manage attorney calendars effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.

Familiarity with case management software; experience with Needles/Neos is a plus.

Proven ability to assist in trial preparation and support attorneys in high-pressure situations.
