As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with clients and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols for armed personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution environment.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as appropriate.

Assist visitors, employees, and/or clients with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.

Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public, staff, and law enforcement personnel.

Complete thorough and accurate written reports documenting incidents, observations, and patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
