Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has prior experience in corporate or office settings. The position requires a blend of organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Organize and scan documents, particularly during high-demand periods such as tax season.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Answer inbound calls professionally and manage receptionist-related duties.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications and operate office equipment effectively.

Maintain an organized workspace and manage filing systems.

Stand for extended periods when required to complete specific tasks.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.

Requirements - Previous experience in administrative roles within a corporate or detail-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle inbound calls with courtesy and a focus on quality service.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
