Our client, a community-focused organization dedicated to providing vital crisis and stabilization services, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting management and client services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Chester, VA

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Shift: Part-time Hours, flexible. Day shift

What's the Job?

Handle all incoming calls and inquiries, resolving issues or directing callers appropriately

Schedule appointments, update calendars, and coordinate meetings

Prepare memos, invoices, reports, and correspondence, editing documents as needed

Maintain databases, filing systems, and office policies and procedures

Support clients, employees, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment

What's Needed?

Associates or Bachelors degree Required

1-2 years or more of administrative assistant experience or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check

Proficiency in office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
