Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
Following the plan of care
Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
Physical from within three years
TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
Valid driver's license
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

We value the health and well-being of our nurses and understand the vital role you play in caring for our clients. PPE is provided in each home including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. We follow CDC guidelines to ensure you, your client, and your family stays healthy.

Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 after 500 billable hours worked. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and/or Guardians of a current or potentialCare Options for Kids client are not eligible to receive a bonus. Not to be combined with any other Care Options for Kids offers. $66560.00 - $70720.00 / year
