Pay Rate : $16/hr

Location : Glendale, AZ

Schedule : 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri

Employment Type : 11-month contract

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative ? You will:

Provide customer support by phone or in person, answering inquiries, processing orders, cancellations, and complaints

Assist customers with services such as licenses, registrations, permits, titles, or program eligibility information

Resolve service or billing issues, including refunds, exchanges, adjustments, and follow-ups to ensure resolution

Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and actions taken in computer systems

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and communicate updates or claim results to customers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
