Position Details

Pay Rate: $23.92-$25/hour

1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri

Overtime: May be required, including extended weekday hours or weekends

Additional flexibility: Must be willing to work off-shift hours as needed

Work location: 50% shop floor, 50% office

Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule production and service parts according to the company's production System

Expedite production and purchased parts as necessary

Coordinate needed materials with other departments

Communicate and implement engineering/material changes

Assist in manpower planning and general administrative duties

Support the department's inventory integrity, including production and scrap reporting

Develop line sequencing and provide work direction as required

May drive a John Deere Gator inside the factory (all indoor, connected areas - safety training provided)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4-year) in a business-related field strongly preferred

Manufacturing experience is a plus

Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel)

Recent grads welcome; preference for 3-5 years' work history post-graduation
