Medical Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring High Level Manufacturing Technicians in Allendale, NJ

Location: Allendale & Oakland, NJ

Position: Experienced Manufacturing Technician

Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $24-$26/hour ; Overtime: $36-39/hour

Job Description

As a high level Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for supervising teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will ensure the extraction of collagen from raw materials, placing collagen into molds, and cutting it into various shapes. Additionally, you will be involved in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, as well as sanitization of clean rooms.

Responsibilities

Supervise teams and ensure compliance with batch records.

Extract collagen from raw materials and process it into various shapes.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.

Sanitize clean rooms and manufacturing areas regularly.

Calibrate production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Fill and package medical devices according to specifications.

Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and material handling.

Strong management skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Proficiency in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments.

Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are welcome.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in document control, labeling, and inspection.

Ability to work effectively in a clean-room environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Capability to follow written and oral instructions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
