As a Front Desk Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and supporting access control. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the state. Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and upholding site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and logging entry and exit of individuals as required.

Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain awareness of surroundings to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Communicate professionally with all individuals on site, handling inquiries and providing guidance as needed.

Support Allied Universal and client procedures by documenting incidents, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following site-specific instructions and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
