Description

Are you an experienced administrative professional ready to take on a leadership support role? Our company is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to partner with executives and drive operational excellence within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced administrative support to executives and senior leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and high-level communications.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

Lead the organization of travel, event planning, and logistics for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Maintain confidential information and support project management activities as needed.

Manage office operations, oversee junior administrative staff, and implement improvements to administrative processes.

Requirements

Demonstrated success in a senior administrative or executive support role.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office technology tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to adapt quickly, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing deadlines.

Professional demeanor with a commitment to service excellence.
