Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and observe for any unusual circumstances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behaviors within the retail environment.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to established procedures.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or authorizations as needed.

Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and offer assistance to customers and staff as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
