Description

A well-known university is seeking a Receptionist for their Office of Residence Life & Housing. The primary job duties in this role will include greeting students and guests, assisting with inquiries, handling phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and general clerical duties.

Requirements - Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.

Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor.

Experience in accurate data entry and maintaining organized records.

Ability to communicate effectively via email, demonstrating clarity and attention to detail.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with visitors and colleagues.

Strong organizational abilities to manage files and schedule appointments.
